Congrats to the (almost all) Men's quad and Youth Men's 4+ for completing the 18 mile NK Challenge to raise money for the Philadelphia Rowing Program!

The eighth annual EARC Regatta was held on May 23 2004.
On May 15 the club had its annual Regatta Ball at the New Continental Hotel.

At East Arm you will find a friendly environment with social activities such as dinner dances, races and "fun" rows in May each year. At the club's annual spring regatta, novice rowers compete in The Greenwood Lake Challenge.

Racing sprints take place from May through August, with head racing from September through November. Diehards row from Feb/March through Nov/Dec, depending on the ice.

Apart from the occasional International Masters event, we compete at Poughkeepsie, Newburgh, Kingston, Neried, Princeton, and Philadelphia.

The main vehicle for training beginners is our annual regatta, where we train some 50 to 60 rowers to compete in a 500 meter sprint. Many of these rowers have become highly competitive rowers for the club.

Rowing Programs: During the rowing season, there is open rowing for all members including instruction for new members on: Tuesday, 6:00p.m., Thursday: 6:00p.m. and Sunday: 8:00am.

Our Annual Club Dinner is held in December every year.
