Masters Rowing Programs

Masters sessions for adults consists of a combination of erging, rowing, flexibility and strength training, designed to improve overall cardiovascular and muscular fitness, as well as improve rowing technique. These are a supervised, controlled way to improve your fitness with an eye on injury prevention. As a recreational program we focus on technique, fitness and fun. Racing opportunities for masters are also available.

Adult rowers of all abilities are welcome at any session.  Individual and private group sessions can be arranged upon request.
